What this extension does

This extension reads the book title, author, and ISBN displayed on Douban book pages (book.douban.com/subject/*) and uses that information to look up the corresponding book on Goodreads, displaying a link and rating data next to the book title.

Data collection

This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Specifically:

• No user account information is accessed or stored.
• No browsing history is recorded.
• No data is sent to any server operated by the extension author.

Third-party requests

The extension makes requests directly from your browser to www.goodreads.com to search for book information and retrieve ratings. These requests contain only the book's ISBN or title/author — no personal identifiers. Goodreads' own Privacy Policy applies to those requests.

Permissions

• book.douban.com/subject/* — to read book metadata from the current page.
• www.goodreads.com/* — to fetch search results and rating data.
